Experimental release

Miniature has a experimental release for Maemo, the official OS of the Nokia N900. It is based on a snapshot taken slightly before the Miniature 0.4 De Lucena release.

This package is functional: you can play games with other players but it contains some of the little bugs that we fixed in the last sprint prior to the 0.4 release. Apart from this, there are no Maemo specific bugs found so far.

Installation

One click install: miniature.install (just tap it from the Maemo browser).

For those experiencing black screen in Maemo, try this :

root
apt-get install qt-components qt-components-dev qt-components-examples
apt-get install miniature

If that does not works then add this catalogue in HAM:

[qtcomponents]
name = QtComponents
url = http://dl.dropbox.com/u/41252806/maemo
dist = fremantle
components = oss non-oss source

after you have added, install Nokia QtComponents from HAM and it should work!
